REFUND POLICIES

Cancellations

  • Once an order and services are paid and confirmed, no cancellation or amendments can be made.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Orders are returnable within 5 working days from the day the goods are delivered if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective. This policy applies to both Home Delivery and Store Pick-Up & Installation options.

    • Incorrect Items: The delivered item does not match the order summary, or items are missing.

    • Damaged/Defective Items: Items found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., a printed copy of the invoice) is required for all exchanges or refunds.

    • Items must be in new condition, with original packaging, including any free gifts. Packaging must remain unused, unmarked, and undamaged.

    • This policy excludes items marked as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on our website.

    • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned or exchanged as a complete set.

    • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid. If the exchanged item is of a lower price, no refund of the difference will be provided.

    • Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, customers must first send an email request to [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed, and the customer will be notified of the status within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

  • Upon verification, our online agent will arrange a free pick-up for valid returns. An evaluation will be conducted within 14 working days from the date the goods are delivered to our warehouse.

  • If the return is valid, we will process an exchange or refund as agreed. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • If the return is invalid, customers will be notified, and the items will be returned at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Purchases Made Using Vouchers

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

  • To submit a refund or exchange request, complete the return form provided here and send all details notice to [email protected] 

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after confirmation of the return's validity. The refund amount is subject to the condition of the returned products.

Important Customer Notes:

  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If out of stock, you may wait for restocking or opt for a refund.

  • Product Substitution: Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different color or for another product of similar function and price, subject to mutual agreement with the racing z online team.
